Fed Up Girl is a Non Profit Foundation that educates young girls on body image, self esteem and balanced living to prevent eating disorders. Founded in Los Angeles by two women who recovered from years of battling eating disorders, the program is available free of charge to groups of girls age 6 to 17. The program and subsequent ongoing group is tailored for each age group and provides access to some of the most cutting edge research in creating positive body image and self esteem.
