Diversity, Equity and Inclusion: It’s not about who’s in the room, It’s about who’s at the table

Flier: BEDA 2016 Keynote: Diversity Equity and Inclusion

By the year 2043, the racial makeup of the U.S. will be a majority minority. However, only 22 states currently ban discrimination based on sexual orientation or gender identity. We need to tap into our diversity.

BEDA 2016 opening keynote—Diversity, Equity and Inclusion: It’s not about who’s in the room, It’s about who’s at the table—will explore how to build an attitude that celebrates and leverages the diversity we have at the table. Presenters include Desiree Adaway; Carmen Cool, MA, LPC; and Ericka Hines, JD.
